USACE Dredge McFarland
The USACE Dredge McFarland has been retro-fitted with ILS Automation Panels and Software. The McFarland is the only dredge in the world with triple capability for direct pumpout, bottom discharge and sidecasting or boom discharge. ILS used Siemens PLCs and Parker DC Field supplies to operate the generators and dredging equipment.
